If you’re like me and resist purchasing expensive cuts of meat for fear of overcooking or otherwise ruining them, the Instant Pot is an exciting development. Its ability to sous vide effectively and produce restaurant-quality meat without any specialized equipment is a game-changer. It’s also worth noting that the Instant Pot makes cleanup really easy.
